WebXeros Solutions is looking for a Web Designer. We are seeking a creative and talented Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces. You should have a strong understanding of design principles, current design trends, and web development technologies. He/she should be able to drive not only performance but also be a good team player who can raise the performance bar for the entire Web Designer. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Design and create visually appealing website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure an optimal viewing experience across various devices.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our websites.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for website improvements.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Optimize web graphics and other elements for faster loading times.
• Maintain and update existing websites as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive and mobile design.
• Creative and detail-oriented with excellent visual design skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree , Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1-2 years of relevant web design experience.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
