Job Title: Web Designer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Web Designer to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that align with client or company goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, experience with various design tools, and the ability to collaborate with developers and other team members to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Design and Layout:
• Design creative and visually appealing layouts for websites that enhance user experience (UX).
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate website functionality and aesthetics.
• Responsive and Mobile-First Design:
• Ensure all designs are mobile-friendly and responsive across various devices and screen sizes.
• Optimize websites for speed and performance while maintaining a high design standard.
• Graphic Design and Branding:
• Create and incorporate visuals such as logos, icons, banners, and graphics into web pages.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and company identity.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are translated into functional websites.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to align website content with business goals.
• Testing and Troubleshooting:
• Test websites to identify and resolve any design or usability issues.
• Ensure compatibility with different browsers and devices.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Suggest and implement improvements to enhance website design and functionality.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with web development frameworks and CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and optimization techniques.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Position Type: Full-time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
