• Project Role: Seeking an experienced(5+ years) and highly skilled Web and Content Developer to lead and develop- web development and content creation in PHP and WordPress to create and maintain engaging and dynamic web content.
• Project Role Description: The ideal candidate will be proficient in PHP and WordPress, with a proven track record of successfully delivering and maintaining complex websites. This role will require both hands-on development and leadership in optimizing web content for maximum impact.Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language. Knowledge sharing with team members through various means such as documented specs, demonstrations.

Technical Expertise

Must Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience & expertise in web development and content creation.
• Strong expertise in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress development.
• Profound knowledge of SEO best practices, content marketing, and analytics.
• Experience with web performance optimization and advanced security measures.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good To Have Skills:

• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of modern web development frameworks and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Create and manage high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized web content, including long-form articles, blog posts, and multimedia content.
• Analyze user data and feedback to refine content strategies continually.
• Architect, design, and develop custom WordPress themes, templates, and plugins, often from scratch.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability in web development projects.
• Implement advanced features and functionalities using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other technologies.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and responsiveness for an exceptional user experience.
• Conduct regular website audits and implement improvements to enhance overall performance.
• Implement caching strategies and content delivery networks (CDNs).
• Implement advanced security measures to protect the website and user data.
• Ensure compliance with web standards, accessibility guidelines, and legal requirements.
• Integrate third-party systems, APIs, and databases to enhance website functionality.
• Customize and extend WordPress plugins to meet specific needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Clearly communicate technical concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
• Responsible for handling a project independently.
• Stay informed about WordPress updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the website remains modern and effective.
