Job Title: Web Application -IB Prod Support- Mid


Location: Bangalore / Pune


Experience: 4- 7years




:

• Candidate should have worked on Micorsoft Windows based application support [ Not Unix/Linux ]


+ Good in Power shell scripting [ PowerShell script written for automation on Windows ] or Python scripting
+ Working experience on SQL [ SQL Server or Oracle or MySQL ]
+ Batch management support experience using TWS or Control-M or Autosys
+ Good communication skills
+ Good web application troubleshooting skills
+ Open to work on shifts
+ Production support experience
+ Should be well versed with Service now or BMC Remedy ticketing tool
+ Basic knowledge on networking
+ Basic knowledge on IIS server



Work Timing and On Call:

• Shift: Should be flexible to support any 9 hour shift within 24 hour window during weekdays. 24X7 rotational
• Shift Timings - 11:30 PM - 8:30 AM IST, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM IST, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM IST, 5:30 PM IST - 02:30 AM IST
• Additional work hours as needed to complete scheduling requests. On-call support required on planned Weekends on rotational basis.
