DeveloperWeb-Applications Development, React.JS & .NET TechnologyLocation: Pune, IndiaSummaryThis position will be responsible for the application development, maintenance, support, defect fixing, minor enhancement for Web based applications in the automotive aftermarket services domain.Application uses React.JS, WebAPI & Microsoft .NET Core Technologies with SQL Server / Oracle databases.Education

• BE, BTech/ ME, MTech EC/CS/IT or equivalent qualification with the excellent academic record.

Experience/ Skills

• 3 to 5 Years of experience as developer
• Hands-On experience of Azure, ReactJS, Redux, Hooks, WebAPI, Microservices, .Net Core, C#, JQuery, HTML5, Database using Entity framework, MVC Framework, REST API using MVC, Bootstrap, SQL Server.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and independently when other resources are not available. Effective interaction with customer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a key requirement.

Responsibilities

• Take the ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
• Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Coordinate with different teams for dependency and follow up with them in order to resolve the problem.
• Provide prompt and accurate response to customer\'s issues and ensure proper updates and closure of all issues.
• Utilize all company tools to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to meet the organization\'s contractual commitments.
• Develop, compile and test code. Submit source code and unit test results for review and approval by team lead.
• Address \xe2\x80\x9chot fixes\xe2\x80\x9d as they arise in production at the highest priority.
• Experience of working in an offshore delivery environment following either the SCRUM or Agile development methodology.
• Team player with positive attitude and proactively collaborates with peers to resolve customer issues.
• Monitoring the applications and log to identify system outage and user\'s exception experiences.
