Web and Graphic Designer job description A designer is a professional who identifies new opportunities to create better user experiences. Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 1-3+ years of experience.
• Proven experience as a Web and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaign assets and creative designs.
• Bachelor\'s degree in any stream, visual communication, or a related field.

This Role Requires:

• Proficient in using industry-standard design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and other relevant tools.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Web design and Emailers design.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
• Strong understanding of marketing and branding principles to create designs that align with business goals and target audience preferences.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work within given timelines.
• Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
• Ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate on designs accordingly.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.

Job Type: Permanent Salary: 30,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month Benefits:
