Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Web Analytics and Tagging Expert to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our Martech team, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing web analytics solutions tailored primarily to GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and Adobe Analytics. Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a must-have requirement for this role. You will play a critical role in gathering actionable insights, improving user experience, and driving key business decisions through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
Analytics Implementation:
• Deploy and maintain robust web analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics with a specialized focus on Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Craft and deploy precision-driven tracking codes, tags, and scripts to capture user interactions and behaviors across all digital assets.
• Ensure meticulous data collection, configuration, and tagging strategies to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion events, and user journeys effectively.
Tag Management:
• Manage tag management systems (TMS) like Google Tag Manager (GTM) to streamline the deployment and management of marketing and analytics tags.
• Develop, update, and uphold tag management configurations, triggers, and variables to fortify tracking requirements and data governance.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic patterns, user behavior, conversion funnels, unearthing trends, insights, and optimization avenues.
• Craft and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards, communicate vital metrics, performance indicators, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Conducts ad-hoc analyses and deep dives into data, addressing specific business queries, and bolstering strategic initiatives.
Optimization and Testing:
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and UX/UI teams to execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and optimization experiments.
• Leverage data-driven insights to pinpoint optimization opportunities and proffer recommendations for enhancing website usability, boosting conversion rates, and overall performance.
Required Skills and Experience
• Proven track record of 4+ years in web analytics implementation, tag management, and data analysis within digital marketing or e-commerce realms.
• Proficiency in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Strong command of tag management systems (preferably Google Tag Manager) and adeptness in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and adeptness in compliance requirements.
• Exceptional analytical acumen, capable of interpreting data, deriving insights, and furnishing data-driven recommendations.
• Good to have experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO), coupled with a firm grasp of statistical concepts.
• Good to have prior exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation is a bonus.
• Sound understanding of SEO principles, SEM campaigns, and digital marketing strategies.
• Exceptional attention to detail; coupled with adept organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication prowess; adept at conveying complex data findings clearly and concisely.
• Self-motivated individual with an insatiable passion for staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web analytics and digital marketing.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
