Job Description
JOB ROLE - WEAVING SUPERVISOR - Take a round of the plant and to get machine position reports. Check the bobbins for weft. Check out material availability against production. Resolve issues of workers in looms department. To maintain weft stock and provide the weft yarn. To maintain gradation of the product. In case of quality issue inform to the responsible person. Control bobbin machine wastage. To ensure that timely get the beam on looms. To maintain looms and take care of maintenance of looms through masters. Recruit and manage labors for looms. Prepare the beam drawn report and making salary of drawer. Prepare the salary of drop pin. To allocate work to the masters and get report from them. Responsible for keeping the operation area clean as well as maintaining 5S standards.
