Kadri Mills part of KG group looking out for Weaving Supervisor at Perundurai Location.

Experience: 3 -5 Yrs
Location : Perundurai

:

1. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in weaving cloth: Prepares and issues instructions to drawing-in department, indicating harness size, number of harnesses required, type of heddles, number of warp ends per inch, and sequence in which warp ends are to be drawn through harness and reed.

2. Prepares loom change instructions indicating changes in loom shedding, picking, beating-up, warp letoff, and cloth takeup motions according to weaving design.

3. Scans cloth during weaving for defects in yarn, design, and loom setup

4. Ensure that all weaving loom machines and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.

5. Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular servicing and repairs.

6. Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

7. Supervise and lead the weaving team, providing guidance and support.

8. Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to ensure optimal productivity.

9. Conduct training sessions for workers to improve their skills and efficiency.
