The wealth relationship manager will serve as the primary point of contact for high net worth individuals (HNI), focusing on the acquisition, management, and retention of affluent clients. This role requires in-depth market knowledge and a strong advisory methodology to deliver tailored financial planning and wealth management solutions.Roles and Responsibilities:- Cultivate and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, specifically those with investments surpassing Rs 25 lakh.- Leverage the existing client network to build a robust business portfolio.- Provide comprehensive investment advice across a range of asset classes.- Improve the financial involvement of current clients by creating customized financial strategies.- Monitor financial market trends and align potential opportunities with client investment portfolios.- Collaborate with research and product teams to deliver investment recommendations.- Organize client engagement activities, including seminars and workshops.- Ensure exceptional service delivery and continuous enhancement of client portfolios.Candidate Profile:- Possession of a graduate or postgraduate degree in finance or marketing.- A minimum of 3 years of experience in high-net-worth individual (HNI) sales or wealth relationship management within the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector.- Preference will be given to candidates currently employed.- Previous experience in brokerage, private banking, or wealth management is required.- A stable career history, with no more than two job changes in the past five years.- Familiarity with the local market and geographical area is essential.- Direct experience with affluent clients, excluding retail, franchise, or telesales interactions.- A demonstrated history of success in incentive-based roles.- Willingness to engage in fieldwork and manage direct client relationships.Interested candidates can share their resume at +91 84888 33693 (ref:updazz.com)
