Experience - Up to 7-10 years of relevant working experience in working with vendors and diverse stakeholders in admin role.
Responsibilities
Office Management: Overseeing day-to-day administrative activities such as managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Front desk Management: Overlooking Reception area & handling related duties. greeting vistors, maintaining records.
Warehouse visit: need to visit warehouse located in Bhiwandi 1-2 times a week
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining and organizing corporate records, files, and documents. This can include both physical and digital documentation
Communication: Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence. They may also be responsible for managing schedules and appointments
Human Resources Support: Assisting with HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records, onboarding new hires, and managing employee benefits
Financial Administration: Assisting with financial tasks such as processing invoices, managing petty cash, and reconciling expenses
Event Coordination: Organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. This may involve scheduling, coordinating logistics, and liaising with participants
Policy Implementation: Ensuring that corporate policies and procedures are followed throughout the organization. This may involve communicating policies to staff, monitoring compliance, and providing guidance as needed
Data Entry and Analysis: Inputting data into relevant systems and databases, as well as extracting and analysing data for reporting purposes
Strong vendor management: Liaising with vendors and getting the work executed in a compliant manner and within dedicated timeline
Problem Solving: Addressing day-to-day operational issues and finding solutions to ensure smooth business operations
Compliance: Ensuring that the organization complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This may involve staying updated on legal requirements and implementing necessary measures to maintain compliance
Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality as required by the organization.
