: Finance Manager (Hospitality Industry)Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations in a hospitality setting. The role involves managing budgets, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.Key Details:

• Vacancy: 1
• Work Location: Arpora, North Goa
• Working Days: 6 days a week, with 6 monthly offs
• Work Timings: As per work urgency (9 hours minimum)
• Job Type: Regular

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: BBA in Finance (minimum); MBA in Finance (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in hotel finance

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting, including P&L and month-end account preparation
• Oversee daily financial operations, including TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, and vendor accounts
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports
• Handle government and regulatory compliance
• Conduct financial data analysis to support strategic decisions
