Job Title: Mid-Level HR Recruiting SpecialistJob Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mid-Level HR Recruiting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end hiring process efficiently.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for mid-level positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates\xe2\x80\x99 qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting advice.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a mid-level role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
