Hello,Company: Marcken Consulting LLPWe are looking for the 1 Manager- Client Relationship position at our Ahmedabad Office.Location: Sun West Bank, Ashram Road AhmedabadJob Type: Full-time 10 AM -7 PM Mon-SatKey Responsibilities -Client Coordination:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Understand client needs and ensure their requirements are met.
Schedule and conduct regular client meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
Address and resolve any client concerns promptly.Team Coordination:Collaborate with in-house teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
Facilitate effective communication between team members and clients.Client Relations Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports.Project Management:Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met.
Use project management tools to track project progress and performance.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status.Quality Assurance:Ensure all client deliverables quality standards.
