- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless service and operations.
- Monitor and maintain safety, health, and hygiene standards in the centre.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and resources to ensure the centre is fully equipped.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management.
- Organize and supervise events, activities, and promotional campaigns to boost centre visibility and engagement.
