Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb920,000 CTCKey Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform (listing products, updating pricing, managing inventory, etc.)
- Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and tracking
- Monitor and analyze product performance, sales, and customer feedback
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to online purchases
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of products
- Manage promotional campaigns and discounts on e-commerce platforms
- Analyze competitors strategies and improve our online presence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for products and pricing
- Generate and interpret sales reports and other performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to optimize product listings
