WE ARE HIRING FOR AN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE IN AHMEDABAD.POST - Account Executive
(Only Female Can Apply)LOCATION - AHMEDABADQUALIFICATION - Graduation Must
EXPERIENCE - 1 TO 2 YEARS
KEY SKILLS - Tally Prime, GST, TDS
SALARY - 12K TO 15KKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- MANAGE ACCOUNTS: Maintain and update financial records in TALLY
PRIME including ledgers, trial balance, and balance sheet.- GST COMPLIANCE: Handle GST returns, ensure accurate GST filings,
and keep up-to-date with the latest GST regulations and compliance
requirements.- TDS MANAGEMENT: Calculate, deduct, and file TDS RETURNS accurately
and timely, and ensure compliance with TDS provisions.- FINANCIAL REPORTING: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial statements, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.- RECONCILIATION: Perform bank reconciliations, vendor
reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations to ensure accurate
financial data.- AUDIT SUPPORT: Assist in internal and external audits, providing
necessary documentation and explanations.- TAXATION: Handle all aspects of direct and indirect taxation,
including the filing of income tax returns.- VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Process invoices, and payments, and manage
vendor accounts effectively.- DATA ANALYSIS: Analyze financial data to identify trends,
discrepancies, and areas for improvement.- COMPLIANCE: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations,
policies, and procedures.
