We are hiring a Production Incharge in Chhatral.(ONLY NALE CAN APPLY)Production: 30 to 35k (3-4 years)Job Title: Production InchargeQualification: Any GraduationSalary: Up to 35kLocation: ChhatralProduction Operations:
Execute the production activities as requested by management or the Accounts team, based on customer orders. Oversee the entire production process until finished goods are prepared and inform the Store in charge for further dispatch.Material Coordination:
Check raw material and packaging material stock levels with the help of the Store Incharge. Inform the Store in charge to procure materials if stock levels are insufficient.Quality Control:
Conduct in-process quality checks on all materials. Inspect the quality of incoming raw and packaging materials, report any rejections to management, and maintain records of these rejections.Record Keeping & Inventory:
Record production entries in the Production Register book and coordinate with the Accounts team to update inventory. Prepare BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records) and COA (Certificates of Analysis) for all finished goods.Sterilization & Cleanliness:
Maintain the ETO (Ethylene Oxide) sterilization cycle records. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are upheld in the production area at all times. Keep passages in the production area clear and unobstructed.Labeling & Compliance:
Verify batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiration dates during the printing process and obtain approval from the Production Head before printing. Maintain regulatory compliance documents with the help of the QA Head.Production Planning & Worker Management:
Plan the next days production schedule daily by 5 PM, with assistance from the Production Head. Arrange workers for production, ensuring they are present and ready by 9 AM each day.Documentation:
Prepare and maintain all production records accurately and in compliance with company standards.Customer Feedback:
Collect customer feedback for quality assurance on a monthly basis to improve production processes and product quality.
