• Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth company operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
• Enhance the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to strengthen internal capacity.
• Ensure operational activities are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable departments.

• Lead, motivate, and support a large team in a time-sensitive and high-pressure environment.
• Develop career growth plans for direct reports and handle problem resolution.
• Collect and manage data to update metrics for achieving productivity targets, reducing costs, eliminating errors, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with legal and safety departments to maintain compliance.
• Regularly evaluate and improve operational and financial performance.
• Prepare periodic reports for senior management.
• Enforce health and safety regulations within the workplace.
• Oversee inventory and materials management.
• Conduct budget reviews and report financial plans to upper management.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operations management.
• Strong budgeting and financial oversight skills.
• Excellent delegation and organizational control abilities.
• Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation.
• Knowledge of business productivity software and the ability to learn new applications.
• Strong planning and budgeting expertise.
• Comprehensive understanding of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, etc.).
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field.
• Multilingual ability is an added advantage.
