Ensure that Standards are followed.
Manage Front Office tasks and Guest Relations personnel.
Compile statistics and provide reports
Prepare an efficient work schedule
Organizing & maintaining records of courier, Inward & Outward of Samples and Material
Strong telephone etiquette and client-handling skills.
Knowledge of routine operations managementKey Job Responsibilities:Reception and Visitor Management: o Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, and maintain the visitor register. o Staff the reception desk during working hours and manage visitor information.Inward/Outward Correspondence Management: o Manage inward and outward correspondence, handle couriers and documents, and maintain confidentiality.Office Administration: o Oversee housekeeping, manage office supplies, and maintain filing systems. o Ensure employees properly punch in/out and maintain related registers.Data Entry and Record Keeping: o Perform data entry tasks and update office registers and filing systems.Communication Management: o Attend phone calls, redirect them as necessary, and maintain call records. o Facilitate communication between visitors and employees.Housekeeping and Stationery Management: o Ensure office cleanliness and manage stationery inventoryAdditional Responsibilities: o Provide refreshments to guests, train office boys, manage courier dispatches, and assist in printing tasks. o Perform other tasks as assigned by management.Key Skills required for the role:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using office software and managing data entry tasks.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
