We are hiring a DSA Manager in Ahmedabad.Immediate Opening: DSA Manager
Product: Secured Products (HL/LAP)Location: AhmedabadExperience: 4+ years in Secured Loans, DSA Handling
Salary: Upto 7 LPA + Incentives
Qualifications: GraduationKey Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and onboard new DSAs to expand the distribution network for Home Loans and Loan Against Property. Develop and nurture relationships with existing DSAs to ensure continuous business growth.Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Home Loans and Loan Against Property through the DSA channel. Monitor and drive DSA performance to meet business goals.
Training & Support: Provide training and support to DSAs on product features, sales techniques, and regulatory guidelines. Ensure DSAs are well-equipped to sell products effectively.Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the secured loan market. Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with customers and addressing any issues or queries promptly. Oversee the customer journey from lead generation to loan disbursement.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all sales activities through the DSA channel comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Verify that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for the DSA channel. Track key metrics and provide insights to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.Key Skills Required:Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales of Home Loans and Loan Against Property through DSA channels.
Relationship Management: Strong relationship-building skills to manage and motivate DSAs effectively.
Negotiation Skills : Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and manage DSA relationships.
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the secured loan market, customer preferences, and industry trends.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of DSAs to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Graduation in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in secured loan sales, preferably in Home Loans and Loan Against Property through DSA channels.
