We are hiring a Client Coordinator in Ahmedabad.Location: Sargasan, GandhinagarPosition: Client Coordinator
Qualification: B.Com/M.Com
Experience: 2-3 years
Salary: Up to xe2x82xb925,000 per month
Gender: Male/Female can applyKey Responsibilities: * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
- Manage client data and financial records using advanced Excel tools, including HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- Ensure proper compliance with GST and TDS regulations, including filing and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Update and manage financial transactions using Tally.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to assist in decision-making processes.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring follow-ups.
- Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation of financial data.
- Stay updated on financial and tax regulations to ensure compliance.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support business operations.
