• Identify and generate leads to acquire new B2B customers in the thermic fluid industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients and stakeholders.
• Achieve sales targets by implementing strategic sales plans.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.
• Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of sales activities and submit reports to management.
• Attend industry events and networking meetings to expand business opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in lubricants, petroleum, or industrial fluids.
• Education: Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales strategy development.
• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
