• Supporting the Legal Officer in all matters of legal nature and ensuring timely response and resolution of any matters of legal implication for the group of companies in Walkaroo Group.
• Drafting and reviewing of all legal documents, including lease deeds, purchase agreements, MOUs, legal notices etc.
• Tracking and addressing matters related to IP laws, Labour Laws, Tax laws, Customer laws, Legal Meteorology laws etc.
