• Spearheading brand AOP and approach decks of campaign, crafting integrated solutions for the business challenges/briefs given by client.
• Integrated planner with good grasp on digital media, understanding of media eco system.
• Collaborative with clients, SU and internal teams to orchestrate defined solution to the client.
• To be able to think beyond traditional media and craft out of the box solutions/ideas.
• Knack for award winning work
• Experience of working on the new business developments/pitches
• Ability to manage people.
• Should be able to manage multiple clients.

Core responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team to contribute to the Product & Strategy function and streamline operations/ reporting with minimal supervision
• Be the qualitative storyteller from the analysis and design analysis in tune with the client\'s requirements
• Proficient in escalation handling and resolve conflicts

The Candidate:

• 6 - 7 years\' experience in managing media planning/communication strategy & client relationships.
• Strong understanding of brands & consumers
• Highly passionate, collaborative, outgoing, creative media leader and thinker
• Strong presentation skills
• Highly articulate, story-telling capability
• Business acumen
• Ability to understand mediums beyond ATL
• Excellent communication/pr\xc3\xa9sentation/client management skills
• Hands-on on all the media related tools and software of Industry
