•OVERVIEW •
Teemage Builders Precast is hiring a Waterproofing Technician to work on project sites. The role involves applying waterproofing solutions to ensure the durability and protection of buildings.

•Responsibilities: •

• Apply waterproofing solutions to buildings, including roofs, basements, and other structural elements.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential water leakage areas.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and priming them for waterproofing applications.
• Use tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with site engineers and project managers to meet quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Experience: Fresher to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Education: Diploma/Certification in Civil Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
• Skills: Basic knowledge of construction processes and a willingness to learn.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to various project sites across Tamil Nadu.
• Preference: Candidates from Tamil Nadu are preferred.
