• To supervise civil works such as Layout, RCC Work, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, plumbing etc.
• Execution & Planning of all the site civil work
• Ensuring the quality of construction &Materials
• Project work scheduling and maintaining the project Deadlines
• Bill checking/bill certification
• Coordination with Engineers/Sub Contractors /Surveyors
• Ensuring Quality, Environment and Safety
• Monthly consumption reports, daily progress report, etc.
• Responsible for achieve the target with time schedule.
• Carrying out works as per technical specifications specified in BOQ.
• Structure, concrete work & Drawings * Planning , Monitoring Progress
• Co-ordinating with senior engineers and clients
• Updating clients regarding the work done.

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
