Job Title: Water Purifier Service Technician

Job Summary:

The Water Purifier Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water purifiers. This role involves responding to service calls, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Setup:

Install water purifiers at customer locations according to manufacturer guidelines.

Configure and test equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Maintenance and Repairs:

Perform routine maintenance on water purifiers, including filter changes and system cleanings.

Diagnose and repair malfunctions in water purifier systems.

Replace defective parts as needed.

Customer Service:

Respond to customer service calls promptly.

Provide customers with detailed explanations of issues and solutions.

Offer advice on maintenance and proper usage of water purifiers.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.

Generate and submit service reports after each visit.

Inventory Management:

Keep track of parts and supplies inventory.

Notify management when supplies are running low.

Training and Development:

Stay updated with the latest technologies and service techniques in the water purification industry.

Attend training sessions as required.

Safety and Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training in electronics, plumbing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in water purifier maintenance and repair is highly desirable.

Skills:

Strong technical and mechanical skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in water purifier maintenance and repair are a plus.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, and perform work in various environments.

Work Environment:

The role involves traveling to customer locations.

May require working in tight or confined spaces.

Exposure to various weather conditions during travel.
