Washing Staff

Qualification : At least a college graduate or holds a certification

Job Overview :

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Washing Staff to join our team in Kochi . The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry . A college graduate or someone with a certification in hospitality is preferred for this role. The Washing Staff will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, dishes, and kitchen equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Clean and wash all kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
• Ensure that all items are properly sanitized and stored to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area , including floors, counters, and food storage areas.
• Assist the kitchen staff with preparation and organization of items before service, as required.
• Ensure that cleaning products and materials are used appropriately and safely.
• Assist with the stocking and organization of kitchen supplies.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and ensure proper waste management, following health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure proper storage of cleaned items and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with other ad hoc duties as directed by the kitchen manager or senior chefs.

Key Requirements :

• Male candidates preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry .
• At least a college graduate or holds a certification in hospitality or a related field.
• Strong understanding of food safety , hygiene practices , and sanitation .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tasks efficiently.
• Strong work ethic , reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours , including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with the kitchen team.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work long hours.
