Job description
• Processing claims: Receiving, reviewing, and processing warranty claims from customers
• Verifying eligibility: Ensuring that claims meet the company's policies and guidelines
• Accounting: Processing warranty-related repair orders, including customer billing and accounting
• Documenting: Maintaining documentation to support factory audits
• Identifying causes: Determining the cause of part or engine failure
• Returning parts: Ensuring that related failure materials are returned to the factory for inspection
• Budgeting: Establishing and maintaining warranty-related budgets
• Training: Developing and presenting training for mechanics and service staff
• Coordinating: Coordinating with the manufacturer's warranty representatives to resolve customer issues
• Maintaining records: Maintaining customer records as required by the
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field
• Possess warranty & automotive knowledge
• Possess basic computer skills
