Job Description

1. Warranty Claim Management: Manage warranty claims from customers, dealers, and service centers. Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.

2. Warranty Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and guidelines.

3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to customers, dealers, and service centers. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve warranty-related issues.

4. Warranty Data Analysis: Analyze warranty data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

5. Warranty Claim Investigation: Investigate warranty claims to determine root cause of failures and recommend corrective actions.

6. Warranty Procedure Development: Develop and implement warranty procedures to ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and industry regulations.

7. Training and Development: Provide training and development to dealership staff and service center personnel on warranty policies, procedures, and guidelines.

8. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage warranty budgets and costs to ensure effective utilization of resources.
