Job Description

• Processes warranty claims on a timely basis as per standard TAT
• Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
• Verifies criteria required by factory or distributor.
• Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule. Resubmits all rejected claims promptly as per manufacture recommendation or receives dealer authorization to write them off.
• Follows up on payment of outstanding claims.
• Tracks warranty parts by tagging with repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part may be disposed of.
• Arranges for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor or to be scrapped. Keeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.
• Timely E-Tickets raise for Warranty and Technical cases.
• Warranty Store Management & stacking for warranty parts as per claim cycle
• Scarp of warranty parts based on manufacture / Field team approval
• Warranty top failure issue monitoring.
• Information to part store for high replacing parts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
