• Process and validate warranty claims in line with company policies and manufacturer requirements.
• Accurately document claims in the warranty management system.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers on warranty claims and approvals.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding warranty issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain warranty decisions, processes, and timelines.
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of warranty-related customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, approvals, rejections, and replacements.
• Generate periodic reports on warranty claims, rejections, and pending cases.
• Analyze warranty trends and suggest improvements in warranty policies and product quality.
• Conduct inspections and assessments on returned products or parts to determine the validity of warranty claims.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to identify recurring product issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
• Train service and sales teams on warranty policies, processes, and eligibility criteria.
• Ensure all warranty activities are compliant with legal requirements and internal policies.
• Manage replacement parts inventory required for warranty claims.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely availability and dispatch of replacement items.
