• Process and manage warranty claims submitted by dealerships and customers.
• Verify the validity of warranty claims by reviewing repair orders, service reports, and parts involved.
• Ensure that all claims are processed in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, including parts replaced, services performed, and claim resolutions.
• Ensure all warranty-related documentation is completed, filed, and stored properly for future reference.
• Prepare regular reports on warranty claim trends, issues, and resolutions for management review.
• Work closely with service departments to ensure accurate diagnosis and documentation of issues related to warranty claims.
• Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure all necessary information is gathered for claim processing.
• Provide guidance and support to service departments on warranty procedures and claim submissions.
