Inventory & Process Quality Assurance controller at national level ensuring inventory accuracy and Process compliance in the region CFAs. Drives new process rollout and improvement initiatives. Transportation and distribution specialist ensuring optimum cost with the right distribution network. Drives new process rollout and improvement initiatives. Provides process training support. Utilizes SOP and process snippet / one pager to facilitate process understanding and compliance by CFAs.Role & responsibilities

• CFA Dashboard Metrics Improvement actions and follow-up with CFAs
• Identify and act upon productivity improvement opportunities with a view to increase CFA efficiencies
• Monitor CFA slotting and drive improvement
• Conduct process compliance audits to ensure compliance to standard defined processes
• WM & WCS Reports extraction
• Key Inventory metrics and process compliance focus monitoring:
• Cycle Count Coverage /Bin Accuracy
• Shrink, Damage and Dump monitoring & control
• CFA Order Fill Rate (Gap Analysis)
• GRN, Putaway & bin replenishment performance
• Monitor Productivity against norms
• Returns inventory accounting
• Monitor Near-expiry stock management non-saleable stock liquidation
• Exception Reports Monitoring & Pendency clearance Inbound / Stock In-Transit / Returns etc.
• Scroll pendency monitoring
• New process implementation and system trouble shooting assistance; Go-to person for CFAs
• Assist in systems & process training.
• Responsibility to create dashboards for Transportation.
• Manage secondary operations including CFA operations and transportation.
• Sourcing and onboarding new transporters as and when required.
• Work on network optimization.
• Present monthly cost and variance analysis with initiatives on cost optimization.
• Suggest and improve on the modes of transportation.
• Work on design and implementation of TMS solution for planning and transporter payments.
• Work on automation of order to delivery/returns cycle.
• Design and monitor SLAs for CFAs and Transporters
• Design transportation and distribution dashboards on key KPIs
