Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals. 7. Set performance goals and objectives for team members. 8. Address performance issues and implement improvement plans when necessary. 9. Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and upper management. 10. Communicate company policies, procedures, and updates to the team. 11. Facilitate team meetings and encourage open communication. 12. Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges. 13. Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity. 14. Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance and progress. 15.
