JOB PROFILE
Designation : Warehouse Supervisor (Inward, Storage, Picking, Packing, Dispatch)
Department : Supply Chain
Location : Bhiwandi/Pune/ Hyderabad
Reports to : Warehouse In Charge
Experience : 1 to 2 Year Experience \xe2\x80\x93Graduation Preferably with specialization in Logistics/ SCM/ Operatrion
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Lead a Team of Warehouse Workers
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Coordinate with Warehouse in Charge and Computer Operator for day to day activity
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Strict adherence to Warehouse SOP and Compliance
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Ensuring Right at First Time theory in all process
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Ensuring all receipt entry are accounted in In ward Register
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Accurate Receiving of stock by checking physical receipt of stock for PKD and description
with Invoice and ensuring receipt of the same in Software is accurate.
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Acknowledging receipt of Stock with clear mention of damage and shortage on L R
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Storage of Right Stock at Right place at Right Stacking Level and right update on Bin Card/
WMS. Ensuring all Cartons are kept upside properly and as per marking and PKD
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Ensure FIFO/ FMFO/ LIFO as per customer requirement are maintained
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage
system and inform Warehouse incharge on Dead Stock/ Obsolete/ Expired Stock
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Ensuring regular movement of Dead Stock/ Obsolete/ Expired Stock to respective location in
order to have proper space for storing
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Ensuring timely Pickup of stock as per order and verifying the total qty matches with
order list before handover for packing.
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Ensuring the goods are re-packed properly so no transit damage due to improper
packaging arises
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Coordinating with Warehouse in charge for timely arrangement of transporter.
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Handover of stock to driver/ transporter and ensuring acknowledgement of stock
handover is taken by Driver/ transporter on L R Copies
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a L R Copies need to be filled with correct data as per instruction of warehouse in charge in
terms of Qty, weight, CFT, Invoice No, Value
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Coordinating with computer operator for Invoice generation and E-way Bill
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Handing over L R Copies with Invoice and E-way Bill to transporter
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Providing details to computer operator for updating of MIS
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Tracking of Dispatch to ensure that TATs are adhered and updating Computer operator for
MIS Updated, for any deviation keep Customer and Warehouse in Charge informed for
further actions
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Collection of POD from transporter and ensuring all POD for stock dispatched are collected
within stipulated time. Any Cheques given to transporter by customer to be collected and
handed over to computer operator \xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Any remarks on POD need to be surveyed with Customer and transporter and necessary
action to be taken to close the remarks
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Scanning the POD and Handing Original POD with scan copies to Computer Operator to
upload in Company Site and Customer Site.
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Implementation of WMS/ Best Work Practice and continuous improvement Innovation in
order to increase operation efficiency and smooth operation
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Recording of all Inward and Outward/ POP/ Asset register
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Ensuring 5 S housekeeping standards are maintained at all times
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a As an additional upgradation supervisor need to learn the inventory software in order to
avoid emergency situation.
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security &
Safety procedures and protocols
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Ensuring the Assets used for Handling stock are regularly maintained
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Respectful Communication with internal and External Customer
Generating MIS reports on key metrics,
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Daily/ Weekly Monthly Stock Variance Reports to Warehouse In Charge
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Reconciliation of Stock discrepancy with Bin Card
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Updating on Inward entry accuracy to warehouse in Charge
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Updating dispatch and delivery MIS,
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Updating Customer Complaint to warehouse in charge
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Sharing Inbound and Outbound MIS Report
\xc3\xaf\xe2\x80\x9a Any Specific report as per Client Requirement
Deliverables:
