Chayam Tea is a leading tea company based in Kolkata, India. We specialize in a wide range of premium teas, including flavored, black, green, and herbal teas. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to manage and coordinate our warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, inventory control, labour supervision, pick-and-pack operations and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Order Processing and Dispatch: Process all incoming orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of products.
• Inventory Management: Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
• Labour Management: Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
• Pick and Pack Management: Oversee the pick-and-pack process to ensure accuracy and speed.
• Production Management: Collaborate with production teams to ensure a seamless flow of goods.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

• Warehouse Management: 2 year (Required)
