Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily operations within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. You will play a key role in optimizing warehouse processes to meet our company's goals and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure the team adheres to company policies and safety regulations.
• Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate recording of stock movements. Address discrepancies and implement solutions to prevent future issues.
• Order Fulfillment: Manage the picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards promptly.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on performance metrics.
• Equipment Management: Ensure proper maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery. Arrange for repairs and replacements as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities. Prepare and submit reports as required by management.
• Communication: Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to coordinate warehouse activities and address any issues that arise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift
• Morning shift
