• Responsible for manage daily stock and update the inventory report accurately.
• Responsible for Stacking of coffee bags as per the defined standard policy Responsible for blending of coffee for various grades as per business/commercial requirement within the quality standards.
• Supervise the loading & unloading of coffee along with quality check with the help of assigned labours
• Supervise local as well FOB dispatches including blending, bulking and packing with the help of assigned labours
• Distribute the demands received to the Warehouse team, according to the schedule of the day, so that it is executed correctly and within the established deadline. Constant monitoring to ensure compliance with activities within schedule. Plan third party labour as per the shipment /storage requirement for the effective utilisation.
• Organize the safety dialogues / tool box meetings daily / in order to guide employees and avoid work accidents. Check the use of machinery (forklifts and equipment) in order to ensure their proper use, reporting problems (preventive and corrective) to the maintenance area.
• Ensure the integrity of the stock through the conference of physical stock versus XBS, correct weighing of receipt and shipment, cross check of scales, among others.
• Ensure compliance and dissemination of SHE & Quality policy. Communicate and enforce the Food Quality and Safety policy. Identify possible points of improvement by studying each service, analyzing together with the team, capturing and filtering ideas about what can be improved by improving and evolving the process.
• Provide adequate training and development to employees in the sector in order to keep them updated and performing activities with safety and quality. Ensure the agile closing of the machining and shipping guides, such as inventory control through the current XBS system.
• Perform other activities inherent to the position according to the request of the immediate superior. Monitor corrective actions arising from notifications of incidents or risks, audits, inspections of control bodies, customer complaints and etc.
• Check the closure of the actions. Ensure that investigations and analysis of the cause of incidents and non-conformities occurred in your area are carried out.
• Ensure that the personnel under their responsibility comply with the provisions of the emergency plan, participate in simulations and know their functions.
• Ensure compliance and maintenance of GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices. Comply with the company's Quality Policy; Perform Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Strong working knowledge with MS Excel.
• Very good in analytical skills
• Minimum three year experience in coffee warehousing.
• Team Lead & Good people management skills
