With 7 physical stores, 1 online outlet, and a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional service, we stand as the preferred destination for high-quality pharmaceutical products.Position: Operations & Warehouse ManagerLocation: Various locations in Patna, Bihar (Working Location is as mentioned; applications from anywhere in the country are welcome)Responsibilities:1. Operations Management:- Independently oversee day-to-day store operations.- Implement and strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) from the corporate office.- Efficiently manage stock and inventory in coordination with the warehouse.2. Warehouse Management:- Streamline warehouse processes to ensure seamless inventory flow.- Optimize warehouse layout and storage procedures for maximum efficiency.- Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies.3. Sales Growth and Customer Satisfaction:- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.4. Employee Management and Leadership:- Cultivate a positive work environment, ensuring staff satisfaction.- Provide comprehensive training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.5. Relationship Building:- Establish and maintain robust relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.- Collaborate with the procurement team for timely and efficient stock replenishment.6. Communication and Reporting:- Maintain effective communication with the corporate office and other locations.- Generate, analyze, and present comprehensive sales and inventory reports for management review.RequirementsQualifications:- Proven experience in retail store management and warehouse operations.- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and drive operational excellentBenefits*Compensation:*Expected Monthly: 40,000 - 45,000 INR per month.
