Our client is one of the strongest brands in the Bakery category, having a 25000 sq ft state-of-the-art centralized manufacturing facility with European equipment near Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The founding team consists of a \xe2\x80\x98Master Baker\xe2\x80\x99 from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, one of the finest culinary institutes in the world and an IIM-A alumni with a McKinsey background.They are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to manage end-to-end operations of their warehouse in Ahmedabad.Responsibilities:

• Operations & Coordination: Plan and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments.

• Inventory Management: Ensure timely completion of inventory transactions and maintain stock accuracy.

• Stock Audits: Conduct inventory counts, verify discrepancies, and ensure security of materials.

• Filing & Reporting: Ensure daily trackers and reports are completed accurately and on time.

• Team Management: Select, develop, and evaluate team members for efficient operation of the warehouse. Provide training, evaluate performance, and recommend corrective actions or dismissals as required.

• Hiring & Training: Assist Warehouse Manager with hiring and training new employees.

• Physical Inventory: Conduct physical inventory checks, reconcile computerized data, and address any discrepancies.

• Stock Management: Ensure stock is stored in designated locations in the warehouse and dispatched according to schedule.

• Cost Monitoring: Monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Equipment Maintenance: Resolve routine equipment issues to ensure smooth operations.

• Housekeeping & Compliance: Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and ensure readiness for customer or regulatory audits.

• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Experience in inventory control and warehouse management.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office.
