We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing order processing, resolving conflicts, supporting product storage and deployment, and improving overall operational efficiency. This role requires someone who can analyze data, track performance, and implement strategies to drive productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Processing:
• Oversee the end-to-end process of order processing, from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth order handling and address any issues that arise during processing.
• Conflict Resolution:
• Assist in resolving conflicts between departments, customers, or suppliers, ensuring a smooth operational workflow.
• Act as a liaison to facilitate communication and find solutions to operational challenges.
• Product Storage and Deployment:
• Support the storage and deployment of products, ensuring inventory is well-organized and efficiently distributed to clients.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage logistics and ensure product availability.
• Analyzing Performance Indicators:
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement based on performance data.
• Improving Productivity and Efficiency:
• Implement and refine organizational procedures to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Develop best practices for operations management, reducing waste, and optimizing workflows.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyze operational data to ensure smooth and effective functioning of all business processes.
• Use data insights to make recommendations and drive decision-making across operations.
• Communication:
• Facilitate effective communication within the organization to ensure alignment between different departments.
• Provide regular updates to management on operational performance and any issues that need resolution.
• Process Improvement:
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational processes, ensuring they are streamlined and effective.
• Work on automation and system improvements to reduce manual tasks and increase accuracy.
• Vendor and Supplier Management:
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
• Build strong relationships with external partners to support smooth operational activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office .
• Experience in operations management, order processing, or logistics is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is a plus.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
