Role Overview



As an Executive - Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse management and supporting client coordination from our Thane Head Office. This position requires comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations and the ability to handle day-to-day inventory processes, team management, and reporting to drive accuracy and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities



Warehouse Operations

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inbound (inward), inventory management, and outbound (outward) processes.

Inventory Management

- Manage GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processes, conduct regular cycle counts, and lead stock audits to maintain accurate stock levels.

Data Analysis and Reporting

- Generate and maintain dashboards and MIS reports to provide insights on operational performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.

Client Coordination

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, and coordinating efficiently to meet client expectations.

Team Leadership

- Manage and motivate the warehouse team to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards in line with company policies.

Process Improvement

- Identify areas for operational improvement, implement best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and client coordination. Proficiency in managing GRN, cycle counting, and stock audits. Hands-on experience with dashboards, MIS reporting, and data analysis. Strong communication and client management skills. Ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and solve operational challenges efficiently.
