• Warehouse involves overseeing and managing various aspects of warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and smooth functioning of the logistics and supply chain.
• Optimizing processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders.
• Inventory stock, audits, cycle counts management and oversee procedures
• Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, carriers, and freight forwarders.
• Track and manage inbound - outbound shipments, transportation and distribution processes
• Implement quality control measures to ensure product integrity.
• Responsible for train, development, lead and supervision of warehouse ground staff
• Implement best practices to enhance warehouse operations.
• Continuously review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Enforce and adhere to health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
• Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising efficiency.

Requirement-

• Strong leadership and management skills are crucial for overseeing staff, processes, and ensuring compliance
• The ability to identify and solve operational issues and implement process improvements is vital.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management
• Must have experience of Warehouse Operations management.
• Candidate from Pharma / FMCG warehouse is more preferable

Educational Qualifications -

• Graduation

Experience Required-

• 2 to 5 years in Warehouse operations management
