Position Overview: We're looking for an experienced Manager to head our warehouse operations (with Ecommerce Knowledge). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management, including handling product supply for ecommerce purposes. Strong leadership skills and effective managerial abilities are essential. Your responsibilities will include supervising our warehouse team and ensuring seamless operations

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and Managing Teams:

Lead, motivate, and guide our warehouse team, including supervisors and other staff.

Create a positive work environment where everyone works well together and feels accountable.

Set clear goals and provide regular feedback to improve performance.

Managing Operations :

Support Team Members in Adhering to Prompt Supply of goods for Ecommerce orders by diligently performing quality Inspection before every dispatch .

Oversee all warehouse operations, from receiving goods to shipping them out.

Use your numerical skills to analyze data and make smart decisions about inventory and efficiency.

Develop efficient processes to improve productivity and accuracy.

Keep track of inventory levels and make sure we always have enough stock.

Use MIS tools to gather and analyze data about our warehouse performance.

Work with other teams, like logistics, to make sure our systems work well together.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse management, especially in ecommerce or retail.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Good with numbers and able to use data to make decisions.

Familiarity with MIS tools and warehouse management software.

Great problem-solving and communication skills.

Able to adapt quickly to changes and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
