By bringing together outstanding people in an inclusive environment, we can make an impact on a global scale.The purpose of this role isTo lead a team of operators and staff for providing support to production to achieve sites daily / weekly / monthly delivery target of committed volumes by receipt, storage and issue of Raw & Packaging materials to production in time.Ensuring Safety & Quality compliance, Values & expectation of the Organization.Dispatches of Finished Goods to all W&D locations from GSK Nashik, management of non hazardous waste area, management of consumables and Engineering spares etc.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with the line manager to receive, store and issue of raw & packaging materials, consumables as per SOP in safe, quality complied manner.Receipt, storage and timely dispatches of Finished Goods by supporting E2E supply chain without sales loss;Carry out requisite documentation & transport arrangement for timely dispatches to W &D locations / as per WHO orders & scheduleTo ensure cGMP practices are followed for all time inspection readiness (area & facility up keep & cleanliness, status labelling, good documentation practices etc).Conduct monthly Management Monitoring audit of EHS / Quality as per schedule to identify gaps & timely closure of actions.Management of departments internal transportations and ForkliftsManaging pallet washing activitiesHandling of rejected packaging / raw materials and destruction as per laid down procedure.Ensure compliance with Warehouse applicable QMS, EHSS & GES Standards, GMP, Internal and External Audit Compliance of WarehouseTo identify risk proactively in area which could have impact on safety, quality & service.To handle deviation related to the respective area. Effective use of RCA & CAPA tools. Close deviation within 22 days from date of initiation.Tracking of staff leave and promote for plan absenteeism. Unplanned absenteeism cases to be handle as per standard procedures.Encourage staff for proactively identification of unsafe condition & unsafe behavior. Report it through ZAP process.Build an culture of reporting safety incidents and its closure with in 10 days with appropriate CAPA.Drive line level improvement with an approach of Kaizen & CIF.One on one discussion with staff to maintain discipline and building their capabilities.Coaching/counseling of staff for adherence to standards related to safety, quality & deliveryQuarterly Performance discussion with staff and recording the same in PDP cards.Management of Non hazardous waste disposal area, disposal of materials in time, maintaining disposal yard in compliant manner.Embed GPS ways of working by effective utilization of GPS stds / tools likeConduct Tier 1 Performance management meeting.Process confirmations as per scheduleUnderstanding & Problem solving of top 3 issues of area.Actively engage team in Gemba Kaizen for continuous improvement.Scope of AccountabilityPeople management.Attendance management.Weekly delivery scheduleEncourage people to raise Gemba Kaizen.Effective utilization of GPS tools as day to day ways of working.Management Monitoring audit completion & closure of deviations in 25 days.Completion of safety incidence investigation in 10 days.No open ZAP
