We are hiring for Warehouse Manager Location : Mumbai (Taloja) Industry Workspace & Warehousing, Logistics business unit. Salary : 8 to 10 Lakhs PA Brief Role: Manage our \xe2\x80\x9cPublic Bonded Warehouse\xe2\x80\x9d at Taloja, independently with Fashion, Luxury and Alcohol Product-line operations. Manage Customs, import/export documentation, reporting, and compliances. Deliver error-free distribution of goods / packaging, inventory & shipment of finished goods using expertise in logistics & supply chain management. Formulate & comply with budgets, warehouse policies, procedures, and maintain service quality as per Standards. Achieve cost reduction goals by negotiating with external suppliers. Achieve staffing & performance goals. Lead staff / departmental meetings, and communications. Experience \xe2\x80\x93 7-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in warehousing, logistics & supply chain management preferably in fashion-luxury products and alcoholic goods operations, with more than half of it in managing Public Bonded Warehouse. Experience in directly leading a large team of people from recruitment to retention. Expertise in Customs documentation, reporting requirments and compliances.
