As a growing start-up with around 100 employees, we are looking at setting up the best IT practises in the firm. We are looking at passionate IT & Network professionals who wants to be part of brand building and who are ready to roll up the sleeves to get this done. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of will maintain and enhance the organisation's IT systems by planning, implementing, and evaluating the systems and network policies and infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Signing up with Influencers.
Organizing and coordinating events
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives.
Define clear goals and KPIs for social media campaigns and track their performance.
Content Creation and Curation
Maintain a content calendar to ensure regular posting.
Build and maintain a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Foster positive interactions and engagement with the brand's followers.
Implement strategies to increase the company's social media following and reach.
Collaborate with influencers and partners for audience expansion.
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
Use social media analytics tools to track and analyse performance metrics.
Provide regular reports on social media performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Suggest and implement new features and technologies to enhance social media presence.
Be prepared to handle social media crises or negative feedback professionally and effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Skills:
Social media platform expertise (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Content creation (text, images, videos, graphics).
Social media advertising and campaign management.
Analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
