Our client is one of the strongest brands in the Bakery category, having a 25000 sq ft state-of-the-art centralized manufacturing facility with European equipment near Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The founding team consists of a xe2x80x98Master Bakerxe2x80x99 from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, one of the finest culinary institutes in the world and an IIM-A alumni with a McKinsey background.Responsibilities:

• Manage receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods

• Operation work, printing work, order sheet, invoice & PO, driver sheet, return note, etc.

• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area

• Order new supplies in a timely manner so as to maintain required production levels

• Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy in IT systems

• Maintain items records, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status

• Interface with supply chain, operations and sales team to answer questions or solve problems

• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices

• Determine staffing levels needed in warehouse based on workload of incoming material and outward shipments

• Manage team of warehouse executives with proper coaching, communication and training

• Responsible for any other work assigned by the management from time to time

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Experience in inventory control and warehouse management.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office.
